Typo 101
Typo 101 is a self-initiated design project that began as a personal Christmas gift for my sister, a goldsmith in search of a comprehensive resource of typefaces for her own projects.
The book showcases 101 different fonts, meticulously organized into their core families: Serif, Sans Serif, Slab Serif, Display, Handwriting, Script, and Blackletter.
For each typeface, I designed a unique two-page spread featuring a custom visual that captures the font’s distinct character. Beyond being a visual catalogue, the book serves as a functional reference, providing details on font characteristics, various cuts, and the designer's original intent.
